All pregnant women wishing to undergo USG scans are required to carry copy of any government ID like Aadhar, voter ID, PAN card, DL etc. Please bring photocopy of the ID along with requisition form in prescribed  format given by the referring doctor. This is mandatory under PCPNDT law. The center has to do  online submission of these details before starting the scan. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
